In the pursuit of quality video production, Motology has sourced some of the more innovative helmet cams on the market. In a series of helmet cam tests, we'll be starting with the ContourHD1080p from Launch Helmet Cams.
This compact unit features rotational adjustment with laser sighting to better help you gauge where the camera is filming as you're riding.

Brand: Vholdr
Model:  ContourHD1080p
- Full HD (1080p) with various other modes including 720p @ 60fps - Great for slow mos!
- Brilliant Stop/Start Record slide switch.  Great for starting your camera on the fly!
- Low profile on the helmet, sits nicely on the side of the helmet. Great for trailriding, less likely to hit branches.
- 135 degree wide angle lens
- Includes helmet mount and goggle strap mount

As a first test, Riemann will be using the camera on a seven day trail ride with KTM Tours Australia, through the Victorian high country.

This should be a good test of the camera's durability, as well as its HD recording in some of Australia's most panoramic terrain.

Stay tuned for full report.
